Join our volunteer team to support Clydach’s community events such as the Summer Fete, Christmas Parade, and Remembrance Sunday. From coordinating activities to welcoming guests, your help brings the events to life!

Setting Up Equipment
Lend a hand setting up stages, gazebos, marquees, and more. Your help is vital in getting everything ready for the big day!

Moving Items
Own a Van? Help us transport gear and supplies from storage to our event venues. You’ll play a key role in making sure everything arrives on time and in place.

Summer Fete
Our Summer Fete includes a Dog Show, Fairground, Live Bands & a DJ, Plenty of inflatables for the kids and far more for everyone. We also have Ghostbusters coming this year!

Christmas Parade
In our Christmas Parade you can expect to find Santa, as well as a parade through town accompanied by a grotto!

Remembrance Sunday
This year is the 100th anniversary of the Clydach War Memorial. And extended parade will be held at 10:30 – 10:50 & 11:40 – 12:00 on Sunday 9th November 2025.

Summer Flowers & Planters
The Annual Planter Display for summer will include the Clydach in Bloom competition with various categories for all ages to take part.
